Here is the fun of context. Someone in Eastport would probably know what this is all about. Every element of the image would be logical to the situation.
Without the reference of place, person and event the observer has the freedom of taking the elements and making up the story to their own liking.
When we travel for pleasure we seldom see places and events as the residents see them. We are tainted by the conventions of our local media and overlay that with our personal myths and associations.
As exotics passing through we are subject to similar skewed assessments from the locals.
So who is that man and what is he doing?
